I think the one thing I want you to know about Haley & Jake — at least what I have gathered from the relatively short time I have spent with them — is that their love is so wholly sincere, pure, simple, fun, and easy. They are awesome humans separately, in their own right, but when they are together, things light up. And please excuse this overly-used cliche, but they fit soo well together. There is such an easy, lovely, calm between the two of them.
It’s always an honor to document the beginning of a marriage with a love like theirs. So much of their wedding day was reflective of them. But what I remember the most from this day is all the emotion. Haley’s bridesmaids and grandparents seeing her for the first time. Jake becoming emotional just as he walked down the aisle with his parents and his sweet reaction to seeing Haley. The heartfelt speeches and sooo much fun and laughter on the dance floor. These are the moments I love documenting the most.
